Gulfnet is hiring a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Expert to join our team. This role is critical in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and securing qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience in outbound lead generation, and a track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through online tools, databases, and networking.
  • Segment target audiences, define sectors and personas, and create tailored email sequences.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM systems.
  • Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns tailored to target industries and decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline health, and appointment outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and revenue growth.
  • Strong research skills to identify relevant prospects and industries.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3 years of B2B experience in industries such as IT, SaaS, professional services, or automation solutions.
  • Understanding of lead nurturing and pipeline management.
  • Experience working with international markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
