We’re Hiring: Business Development | UAE

Are you a high-performing Business Development professional with a passion for digital transformation?

IT Supporters UAE is looking for an experienced Business Development 1–3 years of experience and a proven track record in generating qualified leads and driving successful outreach campaigns in cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, and managed services.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls).
  • Understand client needs and align solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT and schedule meetings for Sales Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across various regions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.
  • Track activities, lead status, and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline performance, outreach efforts, and opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/tech industry.
✅ Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, managed services).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Self-motivated, energetic, and client-focused
✅ Based in the UAE IS MUST
