Digital Marketing Specialist in Dubai

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation Strategy

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing roadmap focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Drive campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Build funnel strategies for capturing and nurturing leads (Landing Pages, Forms, Email Drip Campaigns, WhatsApp).

2. Content & Social Media

  • Oversee creation of engaging content (reels, videos, LinkedIn posts, case studies, testimonials).
  • Ensure social platforms are optimized for inbound leads and align with brand positioning.
  • Guide the content team on lead-focused messaging and conversion-oriented creatives.

3. Campaign Management

  • Run performance marketing campaigns with clear KPIs (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate).
  • Plan and execute email, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospects.
  • Manage influencer and brand collaborations for market reach expansion.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly performance across channels (traffic, conversions, CPL).
  • Analyze ROI of campaigns and adjust strategies to lower cost per acquisition.
  • Present weekly dashboards and monthly reports to management.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the sales team to align leads with revenue goals.
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (specialists, designers, content creators).
  • Lead event marketing initiatives (online webinars & offline networking events).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation (preferably in consultancy/professional services).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, social media paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Data-driven with a focus on CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English + Arabic) is a plus.
