Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help identify, qualify, and book appointments with potential clients for our agency. You’ll play a crucial role in fueling our sales pipeline through research, outreach, and nurturing prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target businesses (law firms and service-based companies) through LinkedIn, Google, and CRM tools.
  • Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Manage outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Maintain and update CRM (GoHighLevel) with lead data and progress.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, appointment rates, and cost per lead.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting (preferably in marketing or SaaS).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using GoHighLevel or HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
  • Background in marketing agencies or working with U.S.-based clients.
