Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate potential client leads through cold calling, online research, social media platforms and referrals.
  • Reach out to prospects and explain Lakshmishree’s investment products and services, including Demat Accounts, Trading, Mutual Funds and Insurance.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on interest level, investment potential and suitability.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, or follow-ups for the sales or relationship management team.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads into active clients.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Uphold professionalism while adhering to company policies, processes and SEBI compliance guidelines.
  • Share insights and feedback on lead quality, client responses, and market trends to help refine lead generation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
