Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and nurturing potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, maintaining databases, and contributing to business growth through strategic research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and other relevant channels
• Build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of prospects and clients
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve lead generation efforts
• Communicate with prospects professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Provide accurate and timely reports to management
• Develop strong product knowledge to support the sales process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
