Job Type: Full-Time (7 PM to 4 AM)


Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.


Experience: 1 Year


Salary Budget: PKR 80,000 / PKR 90,000 + Commissions + Medical + Leaves



Job Description:

Lime Software Logics is a fast-growing design and development agency providing custom web and software solutions to clients worldwide. We're looking for a results-driven International Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help expand our client base through strategic outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our design and development services.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions based on our offerings.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical teams.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of communications in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment of messaging and offerings.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling roles.
  • Proven track record in selling digital services, preferably in design and development.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with CRMs, cold outreach tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of design and development processes (web/app/branding).
