Job Description:
Lime Software Logics is a fast-growing design and development agency providing custom web and software solutions to clients worldwide. We're looking for a results-driven International Lead Generation Executive to join our team and help expand our client base through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our design and development services.

Identify client needs and present tailored solutions based on our offerings.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical teams.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of communications in CRM.

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed.

Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment of messaging and offerings.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling roles.

Proven track record in selling digital services, preferably in design and development.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).

Comfortable with CRMs, cold outreach tools, and remote collaboration platforms.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Understanding of design and development processes (web/app/branding).
