The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and identifying clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities interested in implementing new EMR systems, opening new facilities, or changing/upgrading their existing EMR/HIS/HMIS systems.
Responsibilities:
- Research clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups
- Identify new healthcare facilities and facilities currently using existing EMR/HIS/HMIS systems
- Contact decision makers through calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Generate qualified leads interested in switching or implementing healthcare software
- Book software demos and sales meetings
- Build and maintain lead databases and CRM pipelines
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Generate daily and monthly outreach reports
- Work on monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to identify and generate high-quality leads
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or software sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and online research
- Experience using AI tools for lead generation and outreach
- Experience in international outreach preferred
- Healthcare software experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
