Lead Generation Expert (Female) (Nightshift)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Timings: 8pm - 5am

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients through various online and offline channels. This role requires strong communication skills, research abilities, and experience in generating quality leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, and social media.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other lead generation channels.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Build prospect lists based on target industries, regions, and business needs.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and data mining abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
