Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating outreach, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospects to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and generate new business leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, social media, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Track and report lead generation performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and lead status.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead generation software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
