Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Lead Generation Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact through cold outreach (calls, emails, or LinkedIn), and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads

Identify and research potential clients and target markets

Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team

Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead information

Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested leads

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume and quality
Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong research and prospecting abilities

Comfortable using CRM tools and lead tracking software

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve targets
