Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract high-quality buyer, seller, and investor leads.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Create and optimize lead funnels to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost per lead.
  • Oversee CRM management ensuring accurate lead tagging, tracking, and follow-up workflows.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor strategies within the UAE real estate market.

What We re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within Dubai real estate brokerage.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and CRM systems (HubSpot, PropSpace, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
