This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with hands-on expertise in digital advertising, performance marketing, CRM systems, conversion optimization, and real estate marketing. You will own the full lead lifecycle — from campaign strategy and execution to optimization, reporting, and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and **LinkedIn>
• Build and manage high-converting lead funnels, landing pages, and forms
• Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates
• Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
• Manage remarketing and retargeting strategies to maximize lead quality

Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

• Support project launches, property campaigns, virtual tours, and promotional initiatives
• Align campaigns with sales targets and brand positioning
• Conduct market research on buyer behavior, competitor activity, and demand trends
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels and campaigns

Analytics, CRM & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and CRM systems
• Analyze lead quality, source performance, and pipeline conversion
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and scalability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience managing paid ad platforms
• Experience with CRM systems and automation workflows
• Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills
• Knowledge of UAE real estate portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder is a plus
