Lead Generation MTO

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Management Trainee Officers (MTO). This role is ideal for candidates with basic experience in lead generation who want to grow in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Position: Lead Generation MTO
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Months
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various online platforms (LinkedIn, social media, Facebook, databases, etc.)
• Identify and target potential clients based on business requirements
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Ensure consistent lead flow to support business growth

Requirements:

• At least 3 months of experience in lead generation or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a learning attitude
