About the Role
We are a growing custom apparel business supplying premium hoodies and clothing to:
- University societies
- Schools (leavers hoodies)
- Sports clubs
- Corporate teams
We are looking for a Lead Generation, Outreach & Design Executive whose main responsibility is to:
- Research potential clients
- Reach out to them
- Create basic custom mockups based on client requirements
- Book qualified meetings with the founder
Note: This role is NOT sales closing. You will not be required to negotiate or close deals. Your goal is to open doors, support by the founder.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Research
- Research and identify potential clients globally, including:
- Schools (Year 6, Year 11, Sixth Form)
- Universities and student societies
- Sports clubs
- Corporate teams and organisations
- Find correct decision-makers (teachers, Heads of Year, committee members, managers)
- Collect accurate contact details (email, Instagram, LinkedIn, phone if available)
2. Outreach & Initial Contact
- Reach out to leads using approved scripts only (email, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook where appropriate)
- Personalise outreach messages with correct names, organisations, and context
- Follow up professionally with non-responders
- Maintain a polite, professional, and brand-safe tone at all times
3. Lead Qualification
- Ask basic qualifying questions (e.g., order size, year group, timeline)
- Identify genuinely interested and relevant prospects
- Avoid booking unqualified or low-intent leads
4. Design & Mockup Creation
- Create basic custom apparel mockups based on client specifications, including:
- School / society / club name
- Logos or crests provided
- Colour preferences
- Text placement (front, back, sleeves)
- Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW to prepare clean visual mockups
- Update mockups based on simple feedback (e.g., colour changes, text placement)
- Ensure mockups are clear, professional, and suitable for presentation to clients
- Work from existing brand templates and guidelines provided by the company
Note: This role does not involve advanced fashion design — mockups are created using provided templates and client instructions.
5. Meeting Booking
- Schedule qualified meetings directly into the founder’s calendar
- Ensure meetings are booked at suitable times
- Confirm meetings with prospects and reduce no-shows
6. Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Log:
- Leads contacted
- Responses
- Meetings booked
- Sales completed (for commission tracking)
- Brief information about each client
- Provide simple daily or weekly updates
Skills & Qualities
Required
- Strong written English (clear, professional, polite)
- Confidence communicating with international clients
Experience in:
- Lead generation
- Outreach
- Appointment setting
Ability to create basic mockups using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
Comfortable using:
- Email
- Instagram DMs
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Google Sheets
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Consistent, disciplined work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and scripts precisely
Preferred (Not Required but a Plus)
- B2B outreach

- Familiarity with UK, US, or international education systems
- Previous commission-based or performance-based roles
- Prior experience creating apparel mockups or print-ready visuals
Performance Expectations
- Consistent daily outreach activity
- High-quality, well-researched leads (not spam)
- Accurate and timely mockups based on client requirements
- A growing number of qualified meetings booked per week
- Contribution to revenue growth through successful lead sourcing
