Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage lead generation activities and oversee property portal listings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving high-quality leads and ensuring all online property listings are optimized for maximum reach and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

• Generate and manage leads through online channels, campaigns, and databases
• Handle incoming inquiries and qualify potential clients
• Assign and track leads for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Analyze lead performance and recommend improvements

Portal Management:

• Upload and manage listings on major property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
• Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and well-presented
• Optimize ads with strong descriptions, images, and pricing strategies
• Monitor listing performance and refresh ads to improve visibility
• Coordinate with agents for listing updates and availability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate lead generation and portal management (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with property portals and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of digital lead generation strategies
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
