- Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Real Estate

- Preferred Candidate: Female with relevant real estate/customer handling experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients from the leads provided by the company.
- Generate and schedule site visits with interested clients.
- Welcome clients at the site, conduct property tours, and highlight key project features.
- Explain project details, including the cost sheet, payment plans, and amenities in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the closing manager by arranging final meetings for deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of all client interactions, site visits, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture client relationships through consistent follow-ups to ensure conversion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–4 years in Real Estate Sales / Lead Generation / Client Handling (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently explain property and financial details to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.
