Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist (Female preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups, while effectively arranging meetings with corporate clients. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills, along with the ability to build strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.

· Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to create business opportunities.

· Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM/records.

· Schedule and arrange meetings with corporate clients for the sales team.

· Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

· Research and identify potential markets and corporate decision-makers.

· Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.

· Provide feedback from clients to support the sales and marketing strategy.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to convince and engage corporate clients effectively.

· Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving targets.

· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be a plus.
