Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, engage, and qualify potential clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing leads, running outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, and other platforms), and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and relevant industries.
• Maintain and update lead databases in CRM and track lead status.
• Qualify leads through calls, emails, and initial communication.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
• Use online lead generation tools (Hunter.io, Skrapp, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, etc.) to source email addresses and other contact information.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Work on targeted lead-generation campaigns to meet monthly KPIs.
• Identify new sourcing channels to improve the lead pipeline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar role.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and online lead sourcing platforms.
• Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines.
• Good analytical and research skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
