Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced lead generation professional who can help us generate cleaning service leads using platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Facebook groups, and other social media channels. The ideal candidate should know how to attract genuine customer inquiries and convert them into quality leads.

Responsibilities:

• Post and manage ads/listings on Facebook Marketplace and other social platforms
• Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial cleaning services
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Use proven strategies to increase reach and engagement
• Maintain basic lead records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lead generation (especially for cleaning or home services preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Marketplace, Facebook groups, and social media marketing
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently from home
