Lead Generation Specialist

Company Overview:

Asteron Technologies is a growing technology and digital marketing company specializing in SEO, automation, and custom digital solutions for service-based businesses. We help companies improve their online visibility, generate qualified leads, and scale their digital presence through strategic SEO and marketing systems.

We are currently expanding our SEO division and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help identify potential clients and build our customer pipeline.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our business growth by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, research, and appointment setting — not closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients using Google Maps, LinkedIn, online directories, and industry platforms
  • Generate targeted lead lists within specific industries (construction, local services, real estate, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, social media, and other communication channels
  • Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce company services
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the senior team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses
  • Follow defined outreach scripts and continuously improve messaging
  • Collaborate with internal SEO and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with outreach and starting conversations
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach targets
  • Experience with CRM tools or spreadsheets is an asset

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in lead generation, sales support, or appointment setting
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Understanding of local SEO or digital marketing services

  • Base salary + performance incentives
