Lead Generation Specialist

We are hiring Lead Development Specialists to support a fast-growing B2B revenue organization serving manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors across the food, beverage, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, nutrition, and animal nutrition industries.


This role is critical to the health of our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing, validating, and delivering sales-accepted leads through disciplined research, outbound outreach, and strict CRM execution.


This is a performance-driven, process-oriented role designed for individuals who are detail-obsessed, technically proficient in HubSpot, and comfortable with structured outbound sales activity.

What You’ll Do


Lead Sourcing & Research


· Identify and research target companies from trade shows, expos, industry events, industry databases, and online platforms


· Source contacts within B2B organizations aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)


· Accurately identify decision-makers and buying-influencers (procurement, sourcing, commercial, R&D, sales leadership, operations)


· Qualify companies based on industry, size, geography, product category, and commercial fit


Lead Validation & Outbound Outreach


· Validate leads through phone calls, email outreach, and text verification


· Confirm contact accuracy, job relevance, and company qualification


· Execute outbound outreach sequences with professionalism and consistency


· Escalate high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team for acceptance


CRM Execution & Data Quality (HubSpot)


· Log all activity accurately in HubSpot CRM (calls, emails,
