Lead Generation Specialist

What You Will Do:

● Digital Hunting: actively search LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for Yoga Teachers, Spiritual Coaches, and Wellness Influencers in the US, UK, Malaysia, and Singapore who host retreats.

● Database Building: Build a clean database of 50+ qualified leads per week (Name, Email, WhatsApp, Current Retreat Locations).

● Initial Outreach: Send personalized cold DMs/Emails (using our templates) to introduce Smukti’s white-label services.

● Market Research: Identify which retreat leaders are currently going to Bali/Thailand and flag them as potential targets for India conversion.

What We Are Looking For:

● Education: Any degree (B.A. English, BBA, or BCA preferred). Very good communication skills (speaking, writing and presentation skills in English

● Skills: "Internet Smart" (you know how to find anyone online), basic Excel/Google Sheets, and strong written and spoken English.
