Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

ASG Properties is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing online campaigns, and supporting the sales team with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through online and offline channels
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Property Portals)
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data
  • Conduct follow-ups and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure smooth lead handling

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
