Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Model)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Department: Sales / Business Development

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, connect with, and schedule meetings with L&D Heads and HR Heads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in lead generation, and the ability to build initial relationships with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to connect with L&D Heads, HR Heads, and senior decision-makers.
  • Use LinkedIn for prospect research, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and outreach status in CRM tools.
  • Identify potential organizations and build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, LinkedIn messages, and emails.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality lead handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience targeting HR and L&D stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (office + remote).
  • Ability to manage daily outreach targets and meeting scheduling.

Work Model:

Hybrid – Bangalore based (combination of work-from-office and remote).

Compensation:

  • As per industry standards + performance-based incentives.
