Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and prospecting . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing high-quality prospects primarily through LinkedIn, while also leveraging other platforms when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies
  • Identify and target decision-makers using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Build and manage prospect pipelines
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach performance
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Optimize outreach messaging for higher response and conversion rates
  • Explore additional platforms (cold email, databases, etc.) to support lead flow

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong understanding of audience research and targeting
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze response rates and optimize outreach campaigns
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using LinkedIn automation tools (safely and strategically)
  • Knowledge of cold email outreach
  • Experience in B2B lead generation
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel and qualification process

Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month
  • LinkedIn response rate
  • Conversion from connection to booked call
  • Target achievement consistency
