Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a performance-driven professional who can generate leads from scratch, close deals, meet ROI targets, and help scale the business. The candidate must have strong knowledge of digital marketing services and complete ownership of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, ads, and social media
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc.)
  • Handle the complete sales funnel: Prospecting → Pitching → Negotiation → Closing
  • Ensure campaigns and deals meet expected ROI targets
  • Optimize lead quality
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and help scale company revenue
  • Maintain CRM and track performance metrics
  • Achieve monthly revenue and growth targets

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services & pricing models
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Ability to meet ROI expectations and revenue targets
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Business development mindset
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
