Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 / month (Based on profile) + Uncapped Performance Incentives

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to fuel our sales outreach and client acquisition efforts. In this remote role, you will be the tip of the spear for our sales team—identifying lucrative business opportunities, connecting with key decision-makers, and building a robust sales pipeline through strategic LinkedIn outreach, targeted email campaigns, and proactive online engagement.

This position is an excellent opportunity for ambitious early-career professionals or fresh graduates who want to fast-track their careers in B2B sales, digital marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeted Research: Prospect and qualify companies, founders, and key decision-makers using LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Strategic Outreach: Craft and execute highly professional, conversion-focused outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, clean, and maintain high-quality lead lists for ongoing outreach initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Help schedule discovery meetings, calls, and interviews between potential clients and our closing team.
  • Digital Networking: Actively engage with relevant online communities, industry forums, and discussions to build brand awareness and capture inbound interest.
  • Profile Optimization: Assist in formatting and preparing professional CVs and executive profile layouts.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all conversations, leads, and pipeline stages in our internal CRM/tracking sheets.


Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication: Impeccable written and spoken English, with the ability to write persuasive, professional emails and direct messages.
  • Platform Fluency: Strong familiarity with LinkedIn networking, Boolean searches, and professional social selling.
  • Digital Savviness: A solid understanding of social media engagement, online communities (e.g., Reddit, industry forums), and Google My Business (GMB) visibility.
  • Research Skills: Basic but foundational knowledge of lead research, data scraping, and market intelligence collection.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Growth Mindset: A strong interest in mastering email marketing, lead generation, and B2B sales cycles.


Preferred Tools & Tech Stack (Bonus Points)

While not strictly mandatory, experience or familiarity with the following will give you a significant advantage:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Data & sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo)
  • CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or advanced Google Sheets tracking
  • Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize outreach workflows


Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month (commensurate with skills and interview performance).
  • Meeting Milestone Bonus: Special monetary bonus awarded for booking 10 qualified meetings/interviews in a single month.
  • Conversion Bonus: Fixed bonus for every lead that successfully transitions into an active client.
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn a percentage commission on every successfully closed client you source.
