Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating new business across the GCC and wider Middle East markets by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients for the company’s own digital solutions as well as selected third-party/partner products. The role owns the full sales cycle lead generation, outreach, qualification, negotiation, and closing while building a healthy, well-documented pipeline and consistently achieving agreed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
 

• Source and generate own leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels across GCC and Middle East markets.
• Conduct outreach and qualify prospects against agreed criteria to build a consistent, high-quality pipeline.
• Present and position the company’s digital solutions and selected third-party products to prospective clients.
• Own opportunities end-to-end, from first contact through demo, negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, booked meetings, and closed revenue.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for demos, scoping, and smooth hand-off of won deals.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecast to management.

Represent the company professionally and comply with applicable outreach regulations in each target market.
