Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our B2B outreach activities targeting the GCC market, particularly UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, Apollo, and lead generation strategies focused on generating qualified meetings and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold email campaigns
- Apollo prospecting
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists across GCC markets
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for business development activities
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM/database records
- Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging and targeting
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outreach
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach tools
- Strong understanding of GCC/UAE business markets preferred
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve outreach targets
- Experience in appointment setting or sales prospecting is an advantage
