As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and driving business growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create performance-driven campaigns that maximize conversions and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Create and optimize ad audiences, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve results based on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and copy
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools
- Generate quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policy updates, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in finance, loans, crypto, or digital marketing industries is a plus
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
