Lead Generation Specialist (Meta Ads)

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and driving business growth. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create performance-driven campaigns that maximize conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Create and optimize ad audiences, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve results based on KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and copy
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages
  • Track and analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools
  • Generate quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policy updates, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in finance, loans, crypto, or digital marketing industries is a plus

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
