Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through structured, data-driven outreach campaigns, with the objective of generating qualified sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and build targeted prospect lists aligned with defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Source and enrich lead data (emails, phone numbers, company details) using tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms.

Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).

Create and optimize outreach sequences to maximize response and conversion rates.

Engage with prospects to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems.

Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategy.
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
- Hands-on experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Lusha, ZoomInfo).

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).

Experience with outbound sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus.

Ability to work with data, segment audiences, and optimize campaigns.
