Lead Generation Specialist (Outbound)

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through structured, data-driven outreach campaigns, with the objective of generating qualified sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build targeted prospect lists aligned with defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Source and enrich lead data (emails, phone numbers, company details) using tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
  • Create and optimize outreach sequences to maximize response and conversion rates.
  • Engage with prospects to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategy.




Requirements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or any other related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
  • Experience with outbound sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with data, segment audiences, and optimize campaigns.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
