Lead Generation Specialist – Real Estate

Job Overview

Amanah1 Group is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our property sales team by identifying potential buyers and generating qualified leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching prospects, contacting potential clients, and maintaining a strong lead pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for property sales through online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Identify potential property buyers, investors, and clients.
  • Contact prospects through calls, emails, and social media messaging.
  • Maintain and update CRM database with client details and follow-ups.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve lead generation targets.
  • Track and report daily and weekly lead generation performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate lead generation or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and online lead generation techniques.
