Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for sourcing, contacting, and qualifying US-based businesses for our outsourcing solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Research US companies using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Perform outbound calls and emails to generate interest
• Qualify leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Support the sales team with a steady pipeline

• Strong calling experience with US prospects
• Clear, confident English accent
• Goal-driven and persistent
• Experience in IT services / staffing / outsourcing preferred
