Lead Generation Specialist (Web Design & Development, Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing business development team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline within the digital services industry.

As a lead generation specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing high-value B2B prospects who require premium digital and creative solutions. We are looking for a proactive "client hunter" who understands modern prospecting techniques, sales intelligence platforms, and personalized outreach strategies that generate real business opportunities.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the following service lines:

1. Web Design & Development

2. Digital Marketing

3. Animation Services

4. Video Editing Services

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through multiple channels.
  • Build targeted prospect lists aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Research companies, decision-makers, and buying signals to prioritize opportunities.

Multi-Channel Outreach

Generate and engage prospects through:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Bark, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru
  • Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Crunchbase
  • Reddit, Quora, and other industry platforms

Personalized Client Engagement

  • Create highly customized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and social channels.
  • Engage CEOs, founders, CMOs, marketing directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and sales calls with qualified prospects.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate prospect records and activities within CRM systems.
  • Track follow-ups, engagement history, and lead status.
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the sales and account management teams.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor outreach performance metrics, including
  • Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and prospecting strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Previous experience within a digital agency, IT services firm, or creative agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
