Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage the complete sales cycle and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into long-term clients through effective communication, strategic selling, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with potential B2B clients
- Deliver structured sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions
- Maintain strong conversion rates through effective negotiation and objection handling
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs)
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions and retention
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Handle client queries and post-sale coordination professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication
- Stay flexible with working hours based on business needs
- Contribute to team targets and overall organizational growth
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales (closing role preferred)
- Experience in SaaS and/or Food/Restaurant industry will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong objection handling and deal-closing ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in sales or digital platforms will be a plus
