Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Cold caller

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Timings : 8 :00 pm to 5:00 am

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage the complete sales cycle and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into long-term clients through effective communication, strategic selling, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with potential B2B clients
  • Deliver structured sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions
  • Maintain strong conversion rates through effective negotiation and objection handling
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions and retention
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Handle client queries and post-sale coordination professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
  • Maintain professional verbal and written communication
  • Stay flexible with working hours based on business needs
  • Contribute to team targets and overall organizational growth
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (closing role preferred)
  • Experience in SaaS and/or Food/Restaurant industry will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong objection handling and deal-closing ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or digital platforms will be a plus
