Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and design complete campaigns that align with brand objectives.
  • Develop visual themes, campaign identities, and key visuals that communicate the intended message effectively.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, strategic, and creative ideas to the table.

Design & Execution

  • Create compelling visuals for digital, print, and social media, including banners, posters, brochures, outdoor ads, emailers, and web graphics.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all campaign touchpoints and maintain brand integrity in every design.
  • Manage the full design lifecycle — from initial concept, mockups, revisions, and approvals to final production and delivery.
  • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital platforms, ensuring all outputs meet quality and technical specifications.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers, media partners) to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Contribute creative direction for photoshoots, layouts, and visual storytelling.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated with design trends, marketing innovations, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously explore new techniques, tools, and formats to enhance campaign impact and audience engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a design role, with proven involvement in end-to-end campaign development.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing full campaigns — from concept sketches to final executions across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with digital media, including social media graphics, web layouts, and motion design, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative, brand-aligned solutions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
