Lead Graphic Designer (On-site)

EurosHub is a fast-growing technology company delivering innovative digital and business solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative assets for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to ensure visual consistency.
• Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and product teams to transform ideas into impactful designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the creative team.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Provide creative input for branding, marketing campaigns, and UI/UX improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or technology-focused environment.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design tools.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
