As a Lead Ground Maintenance Technician (GMT) in a stationary role, you will join Delta’s Ground Support Equipment team, where you will lead and supervise a group of Stationary Ground Maintenance Technicians (GMT) Stationary Ground Maintenance Mechanics (GMM) and Maintenance Utility 1 Employees (MUE1) in planning and laying out work. The Lead GMT utilizes appropriate equipment and material to accomplish all routine and non-routine maintenance functions on stationary ground support equipment.
Summary of responsibilities:

Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair, and other technical work as required on all Stationary Ground Support Equipment.

Completes data entry to record work assignments and will communicate with other Company personnel as needed.

Inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and overhauling all ground support equipment and components, such as jetways, baggage conveyor systems.
