Overview
HITC is seeking a Lead Health IT Informatics Analyst to provide stakeholder management, requirements, process documentation, and client-facing analysis for clinical informatics systems supporting VHA under IHT 2.0. This is a Key Personnel position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder management, requirements elicitation/analysis, and documentation for clinical informatics systems and workflows
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and artifact development/documentation
- Lead the team responsible for this specialty to ensure work is acceptable, high quality, and standard

Required Qualifications (Minimum)
- 15 years of experience, with at least 6 years specialized in Health Informatics
- Specialized skills in requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, UAT, and documentation of systems supporting capture/standardization of health/clinical information (therapeutic discovery, medical research, life sciences)
- Extensive experience configuring Oracle Health (OH) and/or CPRS/VistA
- Education substitution: Six (6) additional years of specialized experience in health informatics can substitute for the bachelor’s degree

Work Location / Travel
Primarily remote. Travel/onsite support may be required if explicitly stated in the task order.
