Lead HVAC Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a solid understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical knowledge, and a strong willingness to lead the team to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties include:

• Removing and installing HVAC systems
• Installation of sheet metal
• Study blueprints, manuals, and diagrams, as well as solve mechanical or electrical problems, to determine where and how to install equipment
• Test and check system for proper installation
• Excellent with customer service
