Lead HVAC Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on heating and cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Build and weld components as necessary for system installation.
• Design ductwork layouts to ensure efficient airflow.
• Refrigerate and boil refrigerant lines as part of system installation.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
• Two years of experience in field service or as a service technician is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for installation purposes.
• Skills in appliance repair are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various environments, including residential homes and commercial buildings.
• Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies in the HVAC field.
