Precision Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Murfreesboro, TN. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Set equipment, run lines, ductwork, and start-up systems properly
• Follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site

Requirements

• Prior HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
