Lead HVAC Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
• Refrigerate and plumb systems as needed for installation or repair.
• Work with ammonia refrigeration systems when required.
• Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Skills

• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC installations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair.
• Ability to work with various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of boiler systems and their maintenance requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges on the job site.
