Lead HVAC Installer

Lead HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $50.00 per hour + Spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installations
• Installations include ducted and ductless equipment
• Installing gas pip, and refrigerant pipe
• Electric furnaces, heat pumps, split systems, mini splits, RTU's, etc.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Start ups and test and balance systems
• Consult with customer on repair, upgrade, IAQ accessories and replacement options
• Train and work with apprentices
• Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance

What We Are Looking For:

• 4 + years of residential retrofit install experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• 06B or 06A Electrical License - Desired
• Electrical trainee card with hours
• Experience with HVAC design and installation of ductwork systems
• Knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Able to train and oversee a helper is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
