Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini splits, ductwork, and related systems
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code
• Train and mentor apprentice installers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Complete startup, testing, and quality checks
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience with heat pumps and high-efficiency systems preferred
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawl spaces
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Excellent customer service attitude
