Lead HVAC Installer

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and leadership in the field.

What You’ll BringRequired Experience

• Minimum 7 years of residential HVAC installation experience as a Senior or Lead Installer
• Extensive experience replacing existing HVAC systems
• (We do not perform new construction installations)

Technical Qualifications

Strong installation knowledge and hands-on experience with:

• Gas and oil heating systems
• Hot air systems
• Hot water and steam boilers
• Ductless systems
• Heat pumps
• Condensers and evaporators
• Humidifiers and indoor air quality equipment

Additional skills required:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system malfunctions
• Reading and interpreting schematics and specification sheets
• Installing water intake, drainage lines, and piping
• Electrical wiring proficiency
• Sheet metal fabrication and ductwork
• ProPress and brazing expertise
