What You'll Do

• Lead installs, service calls, and system troubleshooting
• Work on residential + light commercial systems
• Diagnose issues quickly and correctly
• Represent our company professionally with customers

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license & clean record
• Someone reliable, self-motivated, and team oriented
