Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions that meet business needs.
Prepare functional specifications and support solution development and testing.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation tools.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise solutions.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
