Job Description:

We are seeking high-impact IIM graduates (with B.Tech background) with 1-2 yr of relevant experience in the IT industry, eager to pivot into a strategic consulting role within Autonomous IT, AI led IT Service and Operations Management Space. In this role, You will leverage your technical foundation and strategic business acumen to advise global clients on transforming their IT operations using leading ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Zoho and likes. Your primary focus will be on defining strategy, solutions, optimizing value streams, and ensuring alignment between IT service delivery and core business objectives. You will contribute to pre-sales activities, account mapping and growth, solution design, and thought leadership within the ITSM domain, helping to shape our service offerings. You might work with, groom into cross-functional teams, and mentor junior consultants in both technical and soft skills. The role offers a fast-track growth path designed for high-potential IIM graduates toward Senior Consultant and Managerial roles, you work on defining, not just executing, the strategies that transform IT operations for major global enterprises and you will have Direct access to strategic decision-makers at an early stage of career.

Qualifications:

Education:

MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM preferred) combined with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline.

Must have skills: Good Technical Acumen, good understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and executive presence to engage effectively with senior client leadership

Experience:

1-2 year of professional experience pre- or post-MBA in IT projects so you have basic exposure to software development, design, build and/or application support.

Any consulting exposure and working familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Zoho etc is good to have.
